"Doing chair yoga with Katie has been so healthful. If you don’t use your muscles, you lose them. I firmly believe the stretching helps my arthritis in my neck and back. It is important to me to me to keep limber and moving. There is no pressure from Katie, She tells us to move at our own pace. Katie is an inspiration to us Seniors."
