Professional Programs

Discover how to transform your mind, body and caregiving skills

Are you a healthcare professional working with seniors?  You most likely chose your field of work and service to others because you wanted to help people, however the demands are high. Somewhere down the line you will experience stress, fatigue and a feeling of being overwhelmed. You may find yourself feeling anxious, for depressed, and may suffer from headaches, insomnia or other stress-related symptoms

As a social worker, psychotherapist, and professional supporting seniors; I know firsthand, how important it is to have the right tools to support myself so I can support those I serve. I need to be healthy, have energy and be in balance. The programs I’ve developed focus on three areas:

  • Self-care: learn a variety of invaluable skills
  • Experience the change: practice and explore each skill to experience the effects
  • Put into action: utilize your skills with your clients to help them transform their lives

Imagine:

  • living each day with vibrancy, health, happiness and energy
  • feeling centered and supported
  • creating a life with grace, ease and wellness

Transform your MIND: Turn…

Frustration → Acceptance
Stress → Peace of Mind
Overwhelm → Calm
Guilt → Serenity
Fatigue → Vibrant Energy

Transform YOURSELF…Transform LIVES

This program is ideal for social workers, counselors, psychotherapists, psychologists, PA’s, nurses, CNA’s, executive directors, administrators managing an agency, organization of facility, activity directors and other health care professionals as well as family care givers of all ages.

Programs being currently developed will be available later this year. If you’d like to be put on the mail list, complete the form below:
